Why Adalwin Global

Four reasons procurement teams sign the first PO — and the second.

One counterparty

One LLP. One invoice. One remittance lane.

You sign with Adalwin Commerce™ LLP — one AD-coded bank account, one GSTIN, one LUT-enabled zero-rated export invoice. No broker stack, no chain of agents.

Multi-corridor network

The right factory for every SKU — routed, not hoped for.

India's manufacturing is corridor-specialised. We route programmes to the corridor built for the product — terry to Solapur, bed linen to Panipat, table to Karur, knits to Erode.

Audit-grade paperwork

Compliance institutional procurement actually audits.

Oeko-Tex, GOTS, SA8000, Sedex SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, ISO 9001 — the stack institutional and retail buyers demand. Buyer-nominated third-party inspection (SGS · Bureau Veritas · Intertek · QIMA) coordinated on request at buyer cost.

Operating discipline

Pune control tower, end-to-end on one desk.

DGFT-registered, Fortune-500 procurement discipline, Pune-headquartered. Sourcing, compliance, third-party inspection coordination, container logistics and trade finance — wired through one office. One accountable counterparty, every step from brief to bill of lading.

How a programme moves

From brief to container, in four phases.

  1. 01

    Brief

Tech pack, destination port, MOQ target, cadence. We counter with corridor routing, indicative FOB, and sample window inside one business day.

  2. 02

    Sample & approval

Physical pull at the assigned unit, dispatched by international air courier, 14 – 21 days from brief. Revisions at unit cost until sign-off.

  3. 03

    Production & QC

PO cut against LC or TT. Buyer-nominated third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS · Bureau Veritas · Intertek · QIMA) coordinated at the unit on request.

  4. 04

    Ship & document

FOB JNPT / Mundra by default, CIF destination on request. AD-coded invoice, LUT-enabled export, shipping docs on portal.

Questions procurement asks first

Straight answers. No broker haze.

Four of the questions every global buyer asks before signing. The rest we answer in the RFQ thread, one business day, Pune time.

What does Adalwin Global do?
Adalwin Global is India's cotton textile manufacturing network — a curated network of specialist mills across Solapur, Panipat, Karur and Erode, engineered into one institutional supply line for cotton textiles. Sourcing, compliance, third-party inspection, container logistics and trade finance are wired through one Adalwin Commerce™ LLP counterparty in Pune — single-PO accountability across the whole programme.
Which cotton textile categories do you manufacture and export?
Ten product categories: terry towels, bath towels, hand towels, face towels, pool towels, bathrobes (terry and waffle), bath mats, institutional cotton textiles, private-label programmes, and commercial terry products. Each category routes to the Indian manufacturing corridor built for it — terry to Solapur, bath and bed linen to Panipat, table to Karur, knits and spa pile to Erode. Spec engineering, custom GSM and private-label execution available on every category.
Which industries do you serve?
Hospitality, healthcare and hospitals, commercial laundry operators, wellness and spa, student housing, senior living and aged care, fitness and gym chains, retail and private-label buyers, and institutional procurement programmes. The manufacturing network is multi-vertical from day one — same operating spine, sector-specific compliance specs (SMETA for retail, NFPA-701 fire-retardant for healthcare and hospitality, GMP-aligned finishes for senior care, abuse-cycle durability for commercial laundry, etc.).
Which Incoterms and payment methods do you accept?
FOB JNPT and Mundra by default, CIF destination on request, EXW on demand. Payment: Letter of Credit for Fortune-500 retail and large groups; TT for established mid-size buyers; Wise Business and PayPal Business for first-order sampling; Open Account only for vetted repeat buyers.
Do you own factories?
No. We operate a curated production network — vetted specialist units across India's manufacturing corridors. Single counterparty for invoicing, multi-unit execution for quality. Buyers get diversified supplier risk without coordinating multiple relationships themselves.
