We don't run our own QC lab. What we do is coordinate — your nominated third-party inspector gets floor access at the production unit on the date you choose, reports to you directly, and signs off the container before loading.

SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, Asia Inspection / QIMA — whichever your procurement team uses. We coordinate the booking against the production calendar, grant floor access at the unit, and the inspector reports to you directly. Buyer's cost.

The statistical sampling protocol inspectors typically run — MIL-STD-105E AQL 2.5 (Major) / 4.0 (Minor), the hospitality and Fortune 500 retail standard — is specified in the PO so there are no surprises at the floor visit.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100 sample submission, fastness (wash, light, rub), tensile / tear strength, dimensional stability — at NABL-accredited labs, coordinated against the inspection window.

Construction is locked at sample stage with a signed tech-pack tolerance sheet. The inspector checks production against that document, not against a memory of the sample.
