Questions buyers ask first

Hand Towels — buyer FAQ

What GSM should a hotel hand towel be?
Hand towels are matched to the bath-towel grade of the same programme, so 430–650 GSM depending on property tier. Matching the grade keeps the bathroom set visually and texturally consistent.
What sizes are standard?
16 × 27 in is the standard hospitality hand towel. Guest, kitchen, gym-route and hospitality dobby variants are available on the same construction.
Is a waffle alternative available?
Yes — a honeycomb or waffle weave alternative is available on programme, generally chosen for spa and wellness settings where quick drying matters more than pile.
What is the minimum order?
Custom shades start from 500 pieces per shade. Hand towels can be combined with bath and face towels in one dye lot to reach a workable container.
